| How to read your meter |

YOUR NATURAL GAS METER measures your home or business's use of natural gas. Most meters are installed outside the building and the gas meter is easy to identify. The metric design has five numbers in a row and measures gas in cubic meters. To read a metric gas meter, read the numbers from left to right just as you would a car odometer.
