New Contract Approved for Long-term Natural Gas Transportation – NSUARB Decision:

Customer Retention Program – Application:
Heritage Gas’ requests in this Application address the significant competitive pressures from alternative energy sources in the current marketplace, which has led to a material loss of Heritage Gas’ customers. The requests in the Application will enable the company to retain existing customers on its natural gas distribution system and to stay competitive in the marketplace, which is in the best long-term interests of all of Heritage Gas’ customers and potential future customers.
