Our new online billing and customer self-serve portal, Customer Advantage, provides enhanced convenience for those customers looking for online services.
Starting on August 3, 2021 our new online billing and customer self-serve portal will be available to all customers. Note: all current electronic billing customers will already have accounts set up. See below for sign-in instructions.
As part of our commitment to serving you better, we have improved your paperless invoicing experience. Customers will be able to:
- Pay invoices online.
- Self-serve options, such as sign-up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan.
- View up to 18-months of invoice and usage history.
- Easier access to manage account information.
